Executive Chef Mario Ballesteros

Chef Bio

Owner and CEO. Chef Mario Ballesteros 

Mario is personally involved with every event that is executed by his team. As a self-taught life long chef, Mario has been in the kitchen since a young boy. His early passion for fresh and decadent dining was inspired by his fathers weekend warrior cook-offs. 


In 2014 with the help and encouragement of his family and friends Chef Mario decided to take a leap of faith. Leaving behind the corporate world of sales and marketing. 


Starting his own catering company Chef Mario found that catering and events were his dream career. Chef Mario developed a taco bar menu with his specific choice of seasoning and marinades and created the TBCC signature taco bar flavors. Our taco bar was our launchpad and propelled us through 6  successful years. 

Chef Jessica

Owner and Chef Jessica Leads and overseas all preparation and cooking of meals. She doubles as banquet captain and assists staff with beverage and dinner services. 


Chef Jessica has a deep passion for healing. She found that healing through nutrition was one of the best ways to help hear our community and clients.


 Chef Jessica partners with Nourishing Generation a local non-profit and teaches cooking and nutrition classes for children.
